Queen Afrique Safaris designs and arranges curated travel experiences across Africa, including wildlife safaris, cultural tours and sports tourism packages. References to "we", "us" or "our" refer to Queen Afrique Safaris.
Submitting an enquiry through our contact form, WhatsApp or email does not automatically confirm a booking. A booking is only confirmed once we have provided written confirmation and, where applicable, received the required deposit or payment.
Package pricing shared with you is based on the information provided at the time of enquiry, including travel dates, group size and chosen experiences. Prices may vary depending on availability, seasonality and final itinerary details, and will be confirmed in writing before booking.
Deposits and balance payments are due according to the schedule communicated to you at the time of booking. Failure to make payments by the agreed dates may result in cancellation of your reservation.
Cancellation terms, refund eligibility and any applicable fees depend on the specific package, third-party suppliers (such as accommodations, parks and transport providers) and how close to the travel date the cancellation occurs. Specific cancellation terms will be shared with you as part of your booking confirmation.
You are responsible for ensuring you hold a valid passport, visas, vaccination certificates and any other travel documents required for your destination. We are happy to advise, but final responsibility for meeting entry requirements rests with the traveller.
Travel, including safaris and outdoor or sporting activities, carries inherent risks. We work with reputable local partners and prioritise your safety, but we cannot guarantee against all risks associated with wildlife viewing, remote locations, or physical activity. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance for all trips booked through us.
Many elements of your trip, including accommodation, transport, guiding and activities, are provided by independent third-party suppliers. While we carefully select our partners, we are not liable for acts, errors, omissions or failures of these independent suppliers.
To the extent permitted by law, Queen Afrique Safaris shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your travel arrangements, including delays, itinerary changes, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control (such as weather, political events, or third-party supplier issues).
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and not to misuse its content, copy it without permission, or attempt to disrupt its normal operation.
All content on this website, including text, images and branding, is owned by or licensed to Queen Afrique Safaris and may not be reproduced without our written consent.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, without regard to conflict of law principles.
